Look at the time you slept
In the past, I lived a nocturnal life, like an owl. I played at night.
I compensated for the time I spent being cautious in the office during the day at night.
After getting off work and coming home, I would shower, eat dinner, and by 9 PM, my personal time would begin.
12 AM, 1 AM, I felt the time was precious and if I wasn't sleepy, I didn't make an effort to fall asleep.
I was always tired, and even if I slept in on the weekends, the fatigue didn't disappear.
Even with enough sleep on weekends, fatigue would hit me as soon as Monday morning.
Once or twice a year, I would get a severe cold with chills, and rhinitis, which I'd had since childhood,
would torment me every season change.
One day, when I was extremely fatigued... I just ate dinner and went to bed early,
and it brought about a major change in my life.
Going to bed early resulted in better fatigue recovery for the same amount of sleep, and my condition improved significantly.
Even when I went to the office, the thought of being tired decreased significantly,
and because I wasn't tired, my mood also improved.
The rhinitis that had bothered me since childhood disappeared, and I haven't had a severe cold in about 3 years.
To wake up early, you need to go to bed early. I have my personal time in the early morning. I don't do any particularly unique self-development
or anything like that. I watch my favorite investment YouTubers, browse the internet, and spend time not much different from the personal time I used to have at night.
The point isn't waking up early, it's going to bed early.
