I visited a real estate agency near Hills State Dowon Central (hereinafter referred to as Dowon Central), which is scheduled to be completed in 2024, located in Jung-gu, Daegu.

I found a real estate agency owner who had listed many properties in various places, made a phone call in advance, and made a reservation to visit.

I arrived at Dongdaegu Station and rented a SOCAR to conveniently travel to the area of interest.

The rental process was simple, and the parking lot was close to Dongdaegu Station, making it very convenient.

Daegu's prime area is Suseong-gu, and the 'Beomeo Billive' located there has a transaction price of 1.54 billion won and a asking price of 1.6 billion won.

Although it was during its peak, it was the first time that an apartment exceeding 1.5 billion won (excluding Seoul and Gyeonggi) appeared in Daegu, and it was an apartment in Suseong-gu, Daegu.


In the case of 'Dowon Central',

Although the educational environment is inferior to Beomeo-dong, it is expected that the surrounding environment will be significantly improved as many new buildings are being built,

it's a super-station apartment, and it has the advantage of having a commercial complex within the complex (large franchise academies are confirmed to be established within the complex).

Furthermore, there is a possibility that Won-dae station, a Daegu Metropolitan Rapid Transit station, will be newly established nearby.
